Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.,Manage inventory and procurement, ensuring timely restocking and optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
