In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our resort's engineering systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of engineering systems to ensure they are running efficiently and safely.
• Work closely with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor energy usage and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure that all engineering systems support the overall guest experience.
• Provide technical support and advice to other departments as needed.
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or engineering industry.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire safety systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy management software is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
