📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Coordinate with other departments to address HR-related issues.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to improve processes and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian.
