HSE Coordinator - Construction Safety & Compliance (Bali, Indonesia)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety and environmental management systems in accordance with international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide safety training and orientation to new employees and contractors, and conduct regular refresher training sessions.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and trends, and develop action plans to improve safety outcomes.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and develop recommendations to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure that safety measures are effectively communicated and implemented.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive safety and environmental documentation, including incident reports, inspection records, and training records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE coordination, with a strong background in construction safety and compliance.
• Certification in ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001) and ISO 14001 (EMS) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including national and international laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in using safety management software such as SAP, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to travel extensively to project sites across Bali, as required.
