📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to employees on IT systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ticketing systems, remote desktop software, and help desk software.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with IT security principles and best practices.
