Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.,Create and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data, ensuring that all relevant information is considered in decision-making processes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and industry trends.,Conduct regular data quality checks and ensure that our data is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date.,Present findings and insights to senior management, explaining complex data in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data analysts.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
