Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient procurement processes.,Manage the entire procurement cycle, from supplier identification and evaluation to contract negotiation and execution.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to ensure competitive procurement practices.,Manage procurement budgets and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that procurement activities support the overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing procurement processes.,Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Strong knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
