📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily maintenance activities of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to plan, schedule, and execute maintenance tasks, using tools like SAP and Maximo.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on machinery and equipment, identifying root causes of issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and work orders, ensuring optimal equipment performance and reliability.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, contributing to the development of predictive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and providing training to staff.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely delivery of maintenance materials.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Certifications in relevant maintenance standards, such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or OHSAS 18001.
• Proven experience with maintenance management software, such as SAP, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
