Penta-Ocean Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Project Engineer to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the tendering and construction phases of building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, and construction, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the tendering process for building projects, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and selection of contractors.,Oversee the construction phase of building projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Provide technical advice and guidance to project team members, including architects, contractors, and subcontractors.,Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports and other project documentation to clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Participate in site inspections and quality assurance activities to ensure that construction work meets project specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, engineering, or construction, with a focus on building projects.,Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction industry, including relevant laws, regulations, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.,Experience with tendering and construction management software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
