📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct inquiries about the company, services, and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.
• Handle front desk transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and billing.
• Assist with event coordination and room reservations.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.
• Provide information about local attractions and services.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with basic office software and tools.
