As an Assistant Recruitment Specialist, you will work closely with the Recruitment Manager to assist in various aspects of the recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
  • Prepare and send job offers to selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
