📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, ensuring its smooth operation and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and project completion.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial responsibility and compliance.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy and goals.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry or company.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs for team members.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
