📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring stock accuracy.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders.,Support the Logistics Coordinator in managing warehouse operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the Logistics team.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of logistics records and documents.,Support the Logistics Coordinator in monitoring and reporting on logistics performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

🛠️ Keahlian

Logistics software proficiency (e.g.SAPOracleor similar).Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).Knowledge of transportation and freight regulations.Ability to analyze and interpret logistics data.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with MS Office Suite (ExcelWordPowerPoint).
