📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Manage job postings on various platforms and ensure they are optimized for maximum reach.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure accurate job descriptions.,Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company culture.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the recruitment team in achieving recruitment targets and KPIs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
