Royal Mart Dinamis is a rapidly growing retail company in Sumedang, seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interviewing, and hiring.,Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.,Administer and manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to foster professional growth.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and provide guidance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
