📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department, ensuring its smooth operation and adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals aligned with the company's overall objectives.,Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.,Handle departmental budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with the local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to travel to Pontianak for meetings and other work-related activities.
