In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and working closely with the kitchen supervisor to ensure smooth operations. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and grow within the company as we continue to expand our presence in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment and work areas.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets and maintain high food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen supervisor to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Handle inventory and restocking of ingredients as needed.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as grills, ovens, and fryers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
