📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.,Provide regular reports on logistics performance and recommend improvements.,Manage a team of logistics staff and provide training and development opportunities.,Handle any logistics-related issues or challenges that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of successfully managing logistics operations.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Ability to drive and operate a vehicle (optional but preferred).
