Sourcing and screening potential candidates for job openings,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates for future needs,Providing feedback to candidates and hiring managers on interview results,Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus
