Hub Port Abadi is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's vehicles and ensuring they are ready for use. You will also be responsible for coordinating the movement of vehicles, managing fuel and maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Coordinate the movement of vehicles, ensuring they are in the right place at the right time.
  • Manage fuel and maintenance schedules, ensuring vehicles are serviced and refueled as needed.
  • Monitor vehicle usage and performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Provide regular reports on vehicle status and performance.
  • Work closely with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.
  • Implement and monitor fleet management software and systems.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
