CV Inti Jaya is looking for a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping others. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR role, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
