In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular audits to assess store performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
