📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the cash register and ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving any issues or concerns.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register and surrounding area.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and comply with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure they are meeting performance standards.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, and ensure that the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift.,Monitor sales and inventory levels, and alert management of any discrepancies or issues.,Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and that all employees are aware of and comply with these policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a restaurant or retail environment.,Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult customers and situations.,Experience with cash handling and financial transactions, including the ability to count and balance cash drawers.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other relevant software and technology.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently when necessary.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications in cash handling or customer service a plus.
