📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, building trust and loyalty.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the customer service department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.,Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze customer feedback.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience in working in a remote environment is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the overall success of the customer service department.
