📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs are relevant and effective.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.,Identify training needs and opportunities for improvement within the organization.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a maritime or shipping industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to design and facilitate engaging and effective training sessions.,Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to travel for training purposes as required.
