Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and support.
• Monitor and maintain food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory management and ordering.
• Manage cash handling and budgeting, including payroll and vendor payments.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Participate in store audits and quality assurance processes.
• Promote and participate in company initiatives and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-food or pizza environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
