📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for healthcare delivery in remote and underserved communities.
• Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder interviews to identify key healthcare challenges and opportunities.
• Design and oversee the implementation of innovative care delivery models, leveraging technology and community engagement.
• Monitor and analyze care delivery data using tools like Tableau and Power BI to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers, community leaders, and government agencies to ensure seamless integration of care delivery strategies.
• Educate and train healthcare providers on best practices and innovative care delivery models.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in healthcare delivery and innovation.
• Report on the impact of care delivery strategies to stakeholders and decision-makers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy, project management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing healthcare delivery programs in remote or underserved areas.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Healthcare Management is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Understanding of the healthcare system in Indonesia, particularly in remote and underserved areas, is a plus.
