As the Direktur Tata Kelola Nasional, your daily responsibilities will include overseeing compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, managing risk, and ensuring that our business practices are ethically sound. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining robust governance frameworks, as well as fostering a culture of accountability and integrity within the organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement governance policies and procedures that comply with national and international standards.
• Oversee compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, ensuring that PT Bangka Belitung Resources operates within the legal framework.
• Manage risk by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
• Ensure the integrity and transparency of all business operations through robust internal controls and monitoring mechanisms.
• Foster a culture of accountability and integrity within the organization by promoting ethical behavior and providing leadership in governance matters.
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives that support the company's long-term goals.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of governance, compliance, and risk management programs.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments to ensure alignment with governance objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, or risk management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate governance laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective governance policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex risks and challenges.
• Familiarity with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and best practices.
• Certification in corporate governance, compliance, or risk management is a plus.
