NPI Supervisor

Joinease Manufaktur Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced NPI Supervisor to lead our New Product Introduction initiatives at our Semarang facility. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary bridge between the design phase and full-scale mass production, ensuring that our new products meet the highest quality standards and launch on time. Our Semarang plant is a cornerstone of our operations, and we're looking for someone who can bring their expertise and leadership to help us innovate and grow.

As an NPI Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and test new products. You'll use industry-standard tools like JMP, Minitab, and Excel to analyze data, identify issues, and implement solutions. With 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, you'll have a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a strong background in quality management systems like ISO 9001.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to develop and test new products, using tools like JMP and Minitab.
• Conduct process capability studies and analyze data to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Develop and implement process improvement plans to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems like ISO 9001 and industry regulations.
• Train and mentor team members on quality standards and process improvements.
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management on project progress and quality performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve NPI processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems like ISO 9001.
• Proficiency in using statistical analysis tools like JMP, Minitab, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully leading NPI projects and improving product quality.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for site visits and meetings.
