📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Receive and accurately deliver food and beverage orders to tables promptly and efficiently
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs
• Handle cash transactions and manage table turnover
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed
• Stay updated on menu items and special promotions to provide accurate information to guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-food or restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and food handling procedures
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
