You’ll work closely with our team of accountants, auditors, and finance professionals to deliver exceptional financial reporting, analyze financial data, and provide insightful recommendations to support our business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial processes and controls.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing, including vendor payments and employee reimbursements.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts for the logistics and transportation division.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in CPA (Indonesia) or equivalent is a plus.
