📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Use our in-house delivery app to manage and track orders efficiently.
• Navigate Bali's diverse landscapes, including Ubud, Denpasar, and Kuta, to deliver fresh bakery products to customers.
• Maintain our reputation for excellent customer service by ensuring timely and friendly deliveries.
• Adhere to safety protocols and vehicle maintenance guidelines to ensure the safety of our drivers and the quality of our deliveries.
• Report any issues with products or deliveries to the team immediately.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the delivery team to optimize delivery routes and times.
• Promote BreadTalk's products and services to customers during deliveries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in delivery or logistics roles.
• Familiarity with navigation apps such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for deliveries.
• Knowledge of Bali's local routes and delivery areas.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
