As a Hall Crew & Leader, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. Your daily tasks will include greeting guests, assisting with table service, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist with table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.
• Lead a team of crew members, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including setting up tables, chairs, and linens.
• Stay up-to-date with menu items and special promotions to provide accurate information to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or Square is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications in hospitality or customer service are a plus.
• Must be fluent in Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
