📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing clear instructions and feedback.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to identify and address issues.
• Coordinate with landscape teams to maintain the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
• Collaborate with property managers to ensure all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping or landscape supervision, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with housekeeping software such as Housekeeping Pro, CleanSheet, or similar.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and tools, including irrigation systems and landscaping software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and guests.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
